If you discover quality issues, damage, or missing parts upon delivery, please contact customer service with photos and order details within 7 days of receipt. We will provide returns, exchanges, or after-sales service based on the specific situation. - Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
Returns and exchanges are accepted for clearance items; however, please note that stock may be limited, and all requests must comply with our after-sales policies. Valid order information and product photos are required for processing return or exchange requests. We are responsible for shipping damage and quality issues; full refunds or exchanges are available for non-human-caused damage. - Payment and Order Issues
