Returned items must be in their original condition—including complete packaging, accessories, and manuals—and must be suitable for resale. Items returned with damage caused by the customer or with missing components may affect the outcome of the refund review. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and verify that the returned item meets the required conditions, we will process the refund within 3 business days. - Shipping Costs
For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for returns resulting from product quality issues or incorrect shipments. - Important Notice:Due to changing market conditions and ongoing operational cost pressures, the company has been operating at a loss for an extended period.
